Current medications

Prozac: 2mL

Lamotrigine: 400mg

Olanzapine: 5mg

Levothyroxine: 1200mcg

Selenium: 200 µg

I have just returned from a holiday in Menorca. This is a huge milestone for me. My brain is feeling a lot clearer its like a miracle is happening.

I enjoyed the holiday and was happy to get some sun on my skin, having been stuck at home for 3 years.

Some friends stayed with me and we had dinner at restaurants, went to some nice beaches and swam in the sea.

I had 2 wobbles throughout the trip, these were a return of symptoms, including anxiety and sadness.

I also noticed that I was being quite impulsive and occasionally making distasteful jokes and acting out. I believe this is part of the illness and will get better as I recover more.

My medication doses have changed a bit, I am reducing the prozac and have increased the Lamotrigine as I was getting headaches coming off it. I also increased my Levothyroxine to 1200mcg.

The smallest Prozac pills that are made are 10mg. So in order to drop below this slowly I am having to use the oral solution and a measuring syringe. This liquid tastes awful so I have developed a method to try and swallow it without it touching my taste buds.

I will see Dr Zamar next week to review meds.
